The Essential Planning Session is designed for clients who want expert guidance while managing and executing their own event. This consultation-focused package provides clarity, practical tools, and a clear path forward without ongoing planning or coordination.

What You’ll Receive:

• Two 60-minute virtual consultations

• Structured follow-up summary after each consultation

• Basic event timeline framework

Package Boundaries:

• Custom timeline creation, vendor outreach, floor-plan creation, and event-day coordination are not included

• Both consultations must be used within 60 days of the first session

• Additional consultation time is $125 per hour

Travel:

• A 20-mile round-trip radius from Pop Up Pretty’s Nicholasville office is complimentary
