Day-of-Coordinator | Starting at $850 for up to 100 guests


You’ve done the planning — now it’s time to enjoy your event while we manage the details. Day-Of Coordination provides professional oversight to ensure your timeline, vendors, and key moments are executed smoothly from rehearsal through your final send-off.


What’s Included:

  • One (1) 60-minute virtual consultation scheduled at least 30 days prior to your event

  • One (1) structured follow-up summary email after your consultation

  • Local vendor resource guide

  • Vendor list review (submitted 30 days prior)

  • Final vendor confirmations one week before the event

  • Pre-Event Walkthrough Coordination (up to 1 hour)

  • Up to 6 hours of on-site event coverage

  • Vendor check-ins, guest flow management, and timeline execution


Optional Add-On:

  • Additional Pre-Event Coordination

  • Additional event-hour coverage

  • Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, or large décor items


Travel: 

  • 20-mile round-trip radius from Pop Up Pretty’s Nicholasville office is complimentary

  • Travel beyond 20 miles is billed at $2.00 per mile


Pricing:

  • $850 for up to 100 guests

  • +$150 for every additional 50 guests
